In order to develop gastronomy concepts and implement them successfully, you need many different types of people and perspectives people with vision and with practical experience, old hands and young blood. Numerous disciplines are involved when we do our work to make sure that at the end of the day everything is firmly in place and you are satisfied.

The core Paulaner Franchise & Consulting GmbH team today is made up of 20 people. Master brewers and technicians, restaurateurs and cooks, business managers, marketing specialists and architects form a regular part of our team. We offer our clients a broad range of gastronomical expertise and practical international experience.

Together with a selected and well-established network of partners we are able to tackle any task before, during and after the opening of a catering or restaurant business no matter how difficult, specialized or unusual it might be.
