Paulaner Bräuhaus – the Munich brewhouse

Home-made – authentic – generous

Paulaner brewhouses are at home all over the world. Whether in Munich, Cape Town or Singapore – they have become established institutions worldwide. Traditional and yet with a finger on the pulse of the times – Paulaner brewhouses provide a unique combination of century-old traditions and modern lifestyle. This is a truly successful concept which puts the Munich art of brewing at the centre of high-quality gastronomy.

The copper brew kettles are an impressive eye-catcher. They reflect the hustle and bustle of the brewhouse and allow guests to experience the brewing process first hand. Warm colours, lots of wood and lovingly designed decorations provide an inviting atmosphere. The Paulaner brewmaster ensures the quality of the on-premise brewed beers.
